In addition to providing telephone system equipment, Telecom Services of Iowa is a Qwest Business Partner and an agent for PAETEC services. As such we serve as a resource for making changes to or reviewing your existing Qwest or PAETEC (formerly McLeod) services, including local, long distance and high-speed Internet access services.

Should our customers have any problems with their Qwest or PAETEC local service, they simply contact us and we then make the arrangements necessary to have the problem corrected. Should they want to add lines or make changes to any of these services, we are available to help them with that as well.
