If calls placed to a particular phone user no longer forwards to voice mail when busy or unanswered, it is probably because call forwarding for that station has been lost and simply needs to be reprogrammed. . .

To reprogram this you will need to know the pilot number of the voice mail for the type of Samsung system you have installed. For instance,

To reprogram call forwarding, go to that phone and with the phone on-hook, dial the following sequence of numbers:

·        To forward calls to voice mail when busy, dial 602, plus the pilot number

·        To forward calls when they are not answered, dial 603, plus the pilot number

·        To forward calls when they are unanswered or when busy, dial 604, plus the pilot number

The display of the phone will acknowledge that programming has been completed correctly.
