To program frequently dialed telephone numbers in a personal speed dial list, you must complete the following steps:

 

  • While on-hook, press TRANSFER and then dial 105.
  • Dial a speed dial number (00-49)
  • Dial the telephone number to be stored (24 digits maximum). 
  • Press TRANSFER to store the number

 

Each Personal speed dial number can have an 11 character name assigned to it.  This name is used to select the speed dial bin when you are dialing by directory.

 

  • Press TRANSFER and then dial 106
  • Dial the speed dial bin number 00-49
  • Type the name by using the keypad.  Press the keypad number as many times as necessary to correspond to the letter (Example:  For the letter C, press keypad number 2 three times). 
  • Use the volume key to move cursor to the next letter.
    Note:  HOLD button will erase the name completely.
  • Press TRANSFER to store the speed dial name.
  • Repeat for each speed dial bin, if necessary.
