The Samsung OS7000 series system can accommodate digital, analog, wired, wireless and VoIP technology. We have a number of customers who are utilizing all of these technologies - and more - on their Samsung system.

• A construction materials provider implemented Samsung OS7200 systems at their main and secondary location. We followed up this implementation by installing smaller Samsung OS7100 systems in their remote locations and seamlessly networked all locations using their existing Wide Area Network. 

• A Camp in eastern Iowa uses a Samsung OS7200 with digital phones; and VoIP phones in the homes of the Director and staff to maintain 24 hour contact. We have also assisted them with their cabling needs, running fiber optic cabling to multiple locations throughout their facilities.

• A local Bank with a branch in another city utilizes their Wide Area Network to provide seamless communications with their main location. IP capabilities are employed to allow for the centralized answering of calls and the sharing of a single voice mail system.

•  A local financial services company selected a Samsung OS7400 system to replace their aging telephone system. The Samsung system was able to meet their needs and offered a great deal of flexibility of programming to do so. The system administration capabilities helped them reduce their annual communication expenses; and they found the five year warranty to be attractive as well.

• We are utilizing the Wide Area Network of a local Credit Union to provide seamless communications between their multiple locations. Each branch has its own voice mail system for the system users in each location.

• A long time Samsung user in Cedar Rapids recently upgraded to a new OS7400, retaining all of their existing phone instruments. As a part of this installation they implemented a T-1/PRI to provide direct inward dialing; and Samsung Wireless phones to maintain communication throughout multiple buildings.

• The Animal Control agency in the Des Moines uses two Samsung systems – an OS7200 and smaller OS7100 – to seamlessly network multiple locations. Two additional locations are served by remote IP phones using existing Internet bandwidth.

• A power company in Southeastern Iowa implemented a Samsung OS7400 with PRI in its recently built facility. The PRI provides Direct Inward Dialing (DID) to selected employees, allowing callers from outside the system to reach them directly when needed. They turned to us to cable their new facility for both voice and data; along with a fiber network to connect remote buildings.
