Founded in 1990 by two telephone system technicians under the name of Business Telephones Interconnect, their focus was upon providing the best, most affordable, service and support possible for their customers. Telecom Services of Iowa carries on this tradition today.

Telecom Services of Iowa, Inc. is a provider of telephone systems, network infrastructure (voice and data cabling,) and other telecommunication related services. We have been a provider of Samsung telephone systems for over a decade and are the largest authorized distributor of Samsung telephone systems in the state. 

In addition to providing telephone system equipment, Telecom Services of Iowa is also a Qwest Business Partner and an agent for PAETEC (formerly McLeod) services. As such we serve as a resource for making changes to your existing local, long distance and high-speed Internet access services.

Should our customers have any problems with their Qwest or PAETEC local service, they simply contact us and we then make the arrangements necessary to have the problem corrected. Should they want to add lines or make changes to any of these services, we are available to help them with that as well.

Telecom Services of Iowa’s President is Mark Hazlett. With 30 years of experience in the telecommunication industry, Mark has the expertise to address the specific voice hardware, local, long distance and Internet connectivity applications of each client with who he works.
