How to program system speed dialing on your Panasonic system

HOW TO PROGRAM SYSTEM SPEED DIAL NUMBERS

  • Press the Prog button on the display and dial **1234.
  • The display will say Sys-Pgm No? Dial 001 and press enter.
  • The system then asks for a bin number. Bin numbers range from 000 to 999.
  • Enter the first available bin that doesn’t already have a number assigned to it. (If you don’t know the first available bin number, you can start with 000 and then using the down arrow on the wheel at the bottom of the phone, scroll through the bin numbers until one is available.)
  • Dial 9 plus the number you want to store and press [ENTER]
  • When you are done hang up the phone.


TO PROGRAM A NAME

  • Press the Prog button on the display and dial **1234.
  • The display will say Sys-Pgm No? Dial 002 and press enter.
  • Enter the bin number that you want to assign a name to.
  • Dial the name using the number pad (ie: press 2 three times for C) and press enter.  You can use the left or right arrows to move the cursor.
  • When you are done hang up the phone​.
