Founded in 1990 by two telephone system technicians under the name Business Telephones Interconnect, the company was built around a simple goal: providing customers the best service and support possible at an affordable price. Telecom Services of Iowa purchased the company in 2001 and continues that tradition today.

Telecom Services of Iowa is a provider of Hosted (Cloud-Based) and On-Premise IP telephone systems, SIP trunks, surveillance systems and network infra-structure (voice, data and fiber optic cabling.)  With those products at its core, Telecom Services of Iowa shortened its name to TSIowa… representing Telecommunications, Surveillance and Infrastructure. 

Our primary focus is ESI telephone systems, offering both Hosted and On-Premise solutions. We also continue to support many of the Samsung and Panasonic telephone systems we have installed over the past two decades.

Through all the changes in technology, our commitment remains the same: providing dependable products, knowledgeable support and personal service to our customers.
