Some telephone system vendors have been purchased by IT companies who do things differently. Their focus is often upon requiring an annual service agreement before they will provide support for your phone system; and that support may be limited.
We may not be able to provide support on your system, but we are available to help you sort through your options. There are some systems for which we simply can no longer get parts, or are not trained to support. We will do our best to help you, or discuss other options that may be available to you, including referring you to another provider who can if we are aware of one.

Many of the vendors of these phone systems in this area are either no longer in business, or have simply chosen to no longer support these systems. Some of these manufacturers have gone out of business, or have been gobbled up by other companies.
